Hello, and WELCOME to my website. My name is Mary Richards, and I am the author of I Am Awesome! A Healthy Workbook for Kids. Check out the free pages on this website.
Our kids need to know just how awesome they already are, plus we owe it to them to try to help them gain skills to make the most of their potential. That is why I lovingly wrote this workbook. Hopefully it will be used as a homeschooling tool; as part of public schools’ health curricula; purchased as a gift for a child, (especially between the ages of 8-14); used in counseling offices, treatment centers, and in any setting where kids can have access to a book that is personalized just for them.
